The 3 prices you pay for being so hard on yourself
And none of them cost money
You achieve something and you don't enjoy it. You rest and you feel guilty. You give everything and you feel that it is never enough. This is how the 3 prices you pay for being so hard on yourself feel: one is your peace, the other two almost no one recognizes until they hurt. In this Ho'oponopono class we are going to see them from the front and we are going to clean them.

"A demand is not the way you are. It's a memory you learned to carry. And everything that is charged can be released."
Many of us learned from a young age that we had to earn affection: with good grades, behaving well, and complying. We grew, and the list only got longer.
Today, you do everything that needs to be done. You deliver at work, you respond to everyone, you resolve. And yet, when the day ends, there is a voice that says: something is missing. You could have done more.
That voice is not you. It is a memory repeating itself. And as long as no one is watching, it continues to charge.
Three prices, every day. And most see none.
From the Ho'oponopono perspective, you don't need to figure out where the demand is coming from or fight against it. You can recognize it. And you can start to let it go.

Does something inside say yes when you read this?
You feel that no matter how hard you try, it's never enough.
You finish something important and you don't enjoy it: you're already thinking about what's missing.
You find it difficult to rest without feeling guilty, as if stopping is a waste of time.
You notice that the demand you experience inside is also felt by the people you love.
You practice Ho'oponopono and want to deepen this path with direct guidance.
The time has come to stop fighting with yourself and start living with more peace.
In every gathering, I'll be your mentor and I'll be by your side in your transformation, walking with you step by step on this path.
A space to stop, observe and let go.
In this class, we are going to talk about demand: that silent pressure to do everything well that many of us carry without realizing it.
Let's explore the 3 prices you pay for being so hard on yourself. The first one I can tell you in advance: your peace, the one that doesn't appear even when you finally get what you wanted. The other two almost no one sees coming, and they are the ones that cost the most. We discover them together in class.
We will also see how Ho'oponopono offers us a different way of relating to that voice that says "it is not enough". Not from struggle, guilt, or analysis, but from the possibility of cleaning and letting go.

No one demanded as much of me as I did of myself.
For many years, I was an accountant. Numbers, deadlines, balance sheets: everything had to be perfect. And I felt comfortable there, because doing everything right was my way of feeling safe.
The problem was that I could never stop. If something went right, I was already thinking about what was next. If something went wrong, I repeated it in my head a thousand times. I complied with everyone. With myself, I never fulfilled.
When Ho'oponopono came into my life, I understood something that changed me forever: that voice that asked me for more was not me. It was a memory. And I didn't have to fight it or analyze it. I just had to let it go.
Today I continue to give my best in everything I do. The difference is that I don't punish myself anymore. I learned to tell myself "I'm not going to worry", to trust, and to let the cleaning do what my effort never could.
That's why this month I chose this topic for our class. Because I know what it feels like to pay those prices in silence. And I know there's an easier way to live.

A global community, guidance, and a shared journey
What you’ll find here goes far beyond a monthly class. You become part of a global community of people who, like you, want to live with more peace, let go of what they no longer need to carry, and learn a different way of facing life’s challenges.
You are not alone on this path
Over the years, I have seen friendships form, lives transform, and people find hope simply by realizing they were not alone. There is something very powerful about knowing that others are walking beside you, cleaning with you, and growing alongside you.
We all need guidance
I have had mentors who helped me see more clearly and reminded me to trust when it felt difficult to do so. That is why the role of a mentor is so important: not to tell you what to do, but to support you, share tools, and help you discover your own answers.
My commitment to you
I will be here for you, guiding you through this process and sharing with you what has transformed my life and the lives of thousands of people around the world.
When we have guidance, a community, and the right tools, the journey becomes much easier.
And that is what we have built together: a global movement of people committed to living with more peace, greater awareness, and more freedom.
What our members are saying
This space helps me, every day, to remember who I am and to awaken even more. The path of Ho'oponopono is a way of safety and hope in my life. Being in this community is a guiding light for me.
I've practiced Ho'oponopono for 10 years. Financially my life has changed 100%. All because I stopped worrying about money. Now I let go and trust all day long. That is also a miracle.
Since I began deepening into the method, I can't find words to describe the wonders I've experienced. This community helps me live everyday life in a much easier way.

You do not need to have all the answers to begin feeling better.
You do not need to understand every memory. You do not need to discover exactly why you feel the way you do.
It is about allowing the cleaning to do its work. Peace does not always arrive when you add something new to your life.
Peace doesn't come when you finally manage to get everything right.
It comes when you let go of the demand of having to achieve it.
I'll be waiting for you live on Friday, July 24 at 1:00 PM Pacific.
